Perelygin Analytics Export — Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective date: 9 October 2026. This Privacy Policy applies only to the application Perelygin Analytics Export (https://perelygin.expert/analytics-export/). The website perelygin.expert and the product AI SaaS Financial Model have a separate Privacy Policy at https://perelygin.expert/privacy/.

1. Who operates the application

Perelygin Analytics Export is operated by Dmitry Perelygin, sole trader (ditta individuale), Corso Alcide De Gasperi 53, 12100 Cuneo (CN), Italy, Partita IVA 04180740047 (“the owner”, “we”). Contact: aisaas@perelygin.expert.

2. Who uses the application

Only the owner. The application has no end users, no registration and no public access. The only Google account that ever authorises it is the owner’s own account. Consequently the only personal data the application can touch is data that already belongs to the owner.

3. Google user data the application accesses

The application requests the following OAuth scopes, all read-only:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly — to read Search Console performance data (impressions, clicks, queries, pages, countries, devices) for the property perelygin.expert.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly — to read Google Analytics 4 reports (users, sessions, page views, traffic sources, events) for the GA4 property of perelygin.expert.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — to read reports from the owner’s own Google Ads account (campaigns, keywords, search terms, costs) and historical keyword metrics from Google Ads Keyword Planner.

The application does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service. It does not read, and cannot read, data of any Google user other than the owner.

4. How the data is used

The data is used for one purpose: analysing the performance of perelygin.expert in Google Search, in site analytics and in Google Ads, in order to plan and improve the website’s content. The owner analyses the files locally, including with AI-assisted tools running on the owner’s computer. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, resale or any purpose unrelated to the owner’s own website.

5. Where the data is stored and for how long

Downloaded data is written as JSON files to a folder on the owner’s own computer. It is not transmitted to any third-party server and is not stored in any cloud service operated by us. OAuth tokens are stored in the same local folder, readable only by the owner’s operating-system account. Files are kept for as long as they are useful for long-term trend analysis and are deleted by the owner when no longer needed. Google access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the application can read nothing further.

6. Sharing

The application does not share Google user data with anyone. No data is sold, transferred, rented or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

7. Limited Use disclosure

Perelygin Analytics Export’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, the application does not use Google user data to serve advertisements, does not allow humans other than the owner to read it, and does not transfer it to third parties.

8. Security

Data and tokens live only on the owner’s computer, protected by the operating-system login and full-disk encryption. The OAuth client secret and tokens are never published and are excluded from any shared repository.

9. Your rights

Because the only data subject is the owner, there are no third-party data subjects. Any person who believes the application has processed their data may write to aisaas@perelygin.expert; the owner will answer within 30 days. The supervisory authority in Italy is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

10. Changes

Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new version number and effective date.
