Version: 1.0 · Effective Date: 10 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Licensor uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the website https://perelygin.expert/. It is issued in accordance with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali Linee guida cookie e altri strumenti di tracciamento dated 10 June 2021, the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC as amended), and the GDPR.
In short
• A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It is used to remember preferences, enable functions, or measure usage.
• We use only the minimum necessary cookies for the website to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioural profiling, or third-party marketing.
• You can consent to, refuse, or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
• For details about how we process personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit it. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to remember user preferences, to provide analytics about how the website is used, and (in other contexts) to deliver targeted advertising.
Similar technologies — such as web beacons, pixels, local storage, and session storage — operate in a comparable way and are covered by this Cookie Policy under the term “cookies”.
2. Categories of Cookies
In line with Italian Garante guidelines, cookies are classified into the following categories:
- (a) Strictly necessary (technical) cookies. Required for the website to function — for example, session management, load balancing, security, and remembering your cookie-consent choice. These are loaded automatically and do not require your prior consent under Article 122 of D.Lgs. 196/2003.
- (b) Functional cookies. Remember choices you make to provide an improved experience — for example, language or display preferences. These are loaded only with your consent.
- (c) Analytics and performance cookies. Collect information about how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are visited most often) to help improve content and performance. Anonymised first-party analytics may, in certain configurations, be considered technical; identifying analytics require your consent.
- (d) Targeting, advertising, and profiling cookies. Used to build profiles for advertising or behavioural marketing. Licensor does not use cookies in this category.
3. Cookies We Use
As of the effective date of this Cookie Policy, Licensor’s website uses only the minimum cookies required for its operation. The current scope is as follows:
- (a) Strictly necessary cookies set by the website hosting provider, used for session management, security, and load handling. Loaded without consent.
- (b) A consent-management cookie that records your cookie-banner choices. Loaded without consent (its presence is necessary to remember that you have given or refused consent).
Licensor does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, social-media, or behavioural-profiling cookies. If Licensor introduces such cookies in the future (for example, anonymised first-party analytics or a newsletter sign-up widget), this Cookie Policy will be updated and consent will be requested before such cookies are loaded.
A current and detailed cookie inventory (cookie names, purposes, providers, and retention periods) is available on request by contacting aisaas@perelygin.expert.
4. Cookies on Third-Party Purchase Pages
When you click “Buy” on Licensor’s website, you are redirected to the third-party purchase platform (Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy), where the checkout takes place. Those platforms set their own cookies on their own domains, under their own cookie and privacy policies, which are independent of this Cookie Policy:
- Gumroad: https://gumroad.com/privacy
- Lemon Squeezy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
Licensor does not control or have access to those platforms’ cookies. Please review their respective cookie practices on their domains.
5. How We Obtain and Manage Consent
When you visit Licensor’s website for the first time (or after clearing cookies), a cookie banner is displayed at the bottom or side of the page. The banner provides:
- Clear information about the categories of cookies used.
- Equally prominent options to “Accept all”, “Reject all (non-essential)”, and “Manage preferences”.
- A link to this Cookie Policy.
Continuing to use the website without choosing — for example, by scrolling — is not treated as consent, in line with the Italian Garante 2021 guidelines. Consent is recorded only where you make a positive choice through the banner. No non-essential cookies are loaded before consent is given.
6. Withdrawing or Changing Your Consent
You may withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time by:
- (a) Using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer (or the persistent cookie-banner icon, where available) to reopen the cookie banner and update your choices.
- (b) Clearing cookies and similar storage through your browser settings, which will cause the banner to be shown again on your next visit.
- (c) Configuring your browser to refuse cookies (or to alert you when cookies are set). Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functioning of the website.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies. Useful links:

8. Cookies and Personal Data
Some cookies may process information that qualifies as personal data under the GDPR (for example, IP addresses or device identifiers). Where this is the case, processing is governed by Licensor’s Privacy Policy. The lawful bases for processing are described in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy and Section 2 of this Cookie Policy.
9. Updates to This Cookie Policy
Licensor may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, in particular to reflect changes in cookies used on the website. The current version, with its effective date, is always available at https://perelygin.expert/cookies/. Material changes will be notified through an updated cookie banner where reasonably practicable. Amendments do not apply retroactively.
