The AI SaaS Financial Model is the work of a fractional CFO who uses these frameworks with paying advisory clients. We stand behind every formula, every benchmark, every output. When you buy the model, you receive the same instrument we use ourselves.
That is why our refund policy is direct: all sales are final after delivery. The value of the model is delivered the moment you open it; there is no equivalent of returning unused merchandise. We make this clear upfront so you can buy confidently — and so that, if anything ever does go wrong, we can focus on fixing the problem rather than processing change-of-mind requests.

1. All Sales Are Final
After we deliver access to the Licensed Product (as defined in Section 1 of the License Agreement), the sale is final. Delivery occurs the moment the order confirmation email is dispatched and the download link or access URL is made available to you. The Licensed Product is a digital file that becomes fully usable upon delivery. Once delivered, change-of-mind returns are not available, because a digital file cannot be physically returned in the way a tangible product can. However, refunds and other remedies remain available in the five situations described in Section 2 below.
We make this position clear before purchase, in the product page, in checkout, and in this Refund Policy, so that you can make an informed decision before paying. Please review the product description and screenshots on Licensor’s website before purchase.
2. Exceptions
Refunds and other remedies remain available in the following five situations:
- (a) Defective or non-conforming product. If the Licensed Product is defective, materially fails to perform as described in the User Manual, or contains material errors that prevent its intended use, we will, at our option, provide a corrected version of the file, a working substitute, or a refund. Defects should be reported to aisaas@perelygin.expert within a reasonable period after discovery, with the order ID and a description of the issue, to enable timely remediation. You retain whatever statutory remedies apply in your country regardless of which option we choose.
- (b) Delivery failure. If you did not receive the access link or download within one (1) hour of payment, contact us and we will resend it. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within five (5) business days. If we cannot deliver at all, we will refund.
- (c) Fraud, mistaken identity, or duplicate payment. We will refund and investigate.
- (d) Mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of habitual residence. Those rights survive every other clause in this document.
- (e) Platform decisions. Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad may, at their discretion, process a refund in accordance with their standard policies. We cooperate with the platform and do not contest such decisions.
3. How to Report an Issue
Email us at aisaas@perelygin.expert and include:
- Your order ID (from the order confirmation email).
- A short description of what is wrong, or which of the exceptions above you believe applies.
- For technical issues (broken formula, file not opening, formula errors such as #REF! or #NAME?): a screenshot or a short description of what you saw.
No forms. No surveys. No retention questions. Just an email.
4. How We Respond
When you email us with an issue, our priority is to make the model work for you, within the scope described in Sections 2(a) and 2(b) of this Refund Policy and the system requirements in Section 5 of the Terms of Sale. In practice:
- Broken formula or bug in a supported environment (Microsoft Excel 2019 or Microsoft 365) → corrected version sent, typically within five (5) business days.
- Compatibility issue in a non-warranted environment (Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, Numbers, or other) → we will suggest a workaround where reasonably possible, but full feature parity in such environments is not guaranteed under Section 5.2 of the Terms of Sale.
- File did not arrive → we send it to a confirmed email address of your choice.
- Genuine defect that cannot be remedied → refund.
We acknowledge refund and support requests within five (5) business days, typically within 24 hours during business days. Where a refund is approved, settlement is handled by Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad according to their processing time, which is typically five (5) to ten (10) business days from approval to seeing the money back on your original payment method.
We treat email responses as part of the product, not as customer-service overhead. Issues are reviewed by the author of the model.
5. About Chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please email us first at aisaas@perelygin.expert. We can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback dispute through your bank. Chargebacks cost us time and platform fees, and they typically take 30–90 days to resolve.
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at aisaas@perelygin.expert and giving us a reasonable opportunity (typically at least fourteen (14) days) to address the issue is contrary to this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to defend such chargebacks with the platform and the issuing bank, and to provide them with delivery records, evidence of assent, watermarking records, and any prior correspondence with you. Where a chargeback is initiated in bad faith or without a genuine underlying issue, this may also constitute a failure to comply with the Terms of Sale and the License Agreement under their general compliance provisions, including Section 8.1(e) of the License Agreement.
6. When a Refund Is Processed
If we agree to a refund under any of the exceptions in Section 2, the License Agreement automatically terminates (License Agreement, Section 8). You shall (i) immediately cease all use of the Licensed Product, (ii) delete the Licensed Product from your devices and any copies thereof, including modified versions, and (iii) confirm such deletion in writing to aisaas@perelygin.expert if we request it (License Agreement, Section 8.2).
We do not technically prevent further use of files already downloaded — we trust you to honour the termination. However, the Licensed Product contains buyer-specific watermarks and tracing markers (License Agreement, Section 6). Any continued use, distribution, or appearance of the refunded file in unauthorised channels constitutes a separate, traceable breach of the License Agreement, independent of the refund itself.
7. Special Situations
- (a) Bundles and discounted purchases. The same refund terms apply regardless of price paid (full price, sale, or promotional code).
- (b) Multiple purchases. Each order is evaluated separately by order ID.
- (c) Major version upgrades. Major-version purchases (v2.x and beyond) are separate purchases under their own terms.
- (d) Business purchasers (B2B). This Refund Policy applies to all purchasers. EU/UK statutory consumer withdrawal rights (Section 8 of the Terms of Sale) do not apply to purchases made for business, internal commercial, or professional planning purposes; the statutory rights of consumers under their local law remain unaffected.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may amend this Refund Policy prospectively. Amendments do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in force at the time you bought the Licensed Product, available in your order confirmation email and at https://perelygin.expert/refund/. Amendments do not affect refund or support requests already submitted under a prior version.
9. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law in your country of habitual residence. Those rights survive everything in this document.

This Refund Policy operates alongside the License Agreement, Disclaimer, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, and is incorporated by reference into Section 7 of the Terms of Sale. In any conflict regarding refund procedure or remedies for non-conformity, this Refund Policy prevails, as provided in Section 13.1(c) of the Terms of Sale.
